fold

New formatted manual.....Carnation petals

After finishing the Fern, Rowan, Rose and Daffodil manuals I have decieded  to change the book format and design a fold edition. This will include the usual info 'bits and bobs' and have a photographic element.

I already have the papers made using carnation petals, abaca and gampi fibres so hopefully a new book will be done soon!

Over the last few months I've been making new issues of all my plant/handmade paper manuals  - they sold so well at the Leeds Book Arts Fair - had to make more! and added a new one.........'Ferns' !!

Playing with layers

Week-end papers........ Spring colours..........builing up layers with rose petals, abaca and gampi fibres.

Looking for inspiration.......

found a card from my camera that I had miss placed .............these images were taken during one of my wanderings around south London ....... the textures/colours may become inspiration for the next papermaking project..............

interesting ...... haven't really thought about this - but did a search - found out that I'm mentioned on a few more websites than I expected..........
I guess all the talking I do to folks at art shows/talks/fairs is working ........
even found something on the Craft Councils website with a link to my website!
